Abstract

Traumatized people do not rely on a desperate need to rely on the therapist's merit and sufficiency, because the trust capacity is suffered by traumatic experience. This hypothesis is never a guarantee for the treatment of traumatized human beings, as some trust in other therapeutic relationships is presumed from the ground up. However, those who follow the path of internal healing are confident that they can solve their external problems when they feel an inner desire. This re-experiencing is partly due to internal healing; to work on painful material, to reduce sensitivity to this and to look integrated. Painfulness has important consequences for trauma therapy. We can say that it would be useful to have a more inward-looking approach to the basis of the suffering suffering, which encourages awareness of the ongoing experience of the individual, and which gives access to the painful, perceptible amount of suffering.
