Abstract

Traumatized people do not rely on a desperate need to rely on the therapist's merit and sufficiency, because the trust capacity is suffered by traumatic experience. This hypothesis is never a guarantee for the treatment of traumatized human beings, as some trust in other therapeutic relationships is presumed from the ground up. However, those who follow the path of internal healing are confident that they can solve their external problems when they feel an inner desire. This re-experiencing is partly due to internal healing; to work on painful material, to reduce sensitivity to this and to look integrated. Painfulness has important consequences for trauma therapy. We can say that it would be useful to have a more inward-looking approach to the basis of the suffering suffering, which encourages awareness of the ongoing experience of the individual, and which gives access to the painful, perceptible amount of suffering. On the other hand, we can say that medicines that just numb or mask unwanted emotional states, or distractions that focus only on support, or even therapy that teaches avoidance, may be less effective. stressing thoughts, feelings, trying to digest and internally resolve the memories. This point of view is post-traumatic, reorganizing as a healing-centered adjustment to a degree that is pathological in nature. This perspective provides the therapist with a clear understanding of the emotional pain just expressed as emotional pain. There are different processes involving step-by-step movements towards internal healing. The interventions for post-traumatic psychological damage should be existential and promising. In this study, trauma therapies and contemporary practices were tried to be introduced
