Abstract

Milk, which has an important place in human life, contains protein, vitamins, lactose, calcium and fat from animal origin. Milk is an important nutrient that has the characteristics of growth, development of the body, development of the nervous system functions, improvement of body resistance and blood production, as well as preventing intestinal, lung cancer, stomach discomfort, bone resorption, and caries. Today, there are many packages of milk brand in the market, for consumers, this situation brings up the problem. Consumers consider many factors such as brand, oil ratio, price, expiry date, packaging, brand, familiar advice, promotions and content when buying packaged milk The aim of this study is to sort package milk according to content, energy, fat, carbohydrate, protein and calcium values. The data were taken from the website of eight semi-fat package milk brands. Analyzes Made in Excel program. In the study, MOORA (Multi-Object Optimization) and MOORA Reference Point Approach Methods were used in Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Methods for the analysis and sequencing of milk contents. MOORA Ratio Method is used to make appropriate decisions in the process of solving various and complex problems. The method is used to facilitate the comparison of decision options in determining the best option. The superior aspect of the method is the evaluation of all criteria and the interactions between the criteria as a whole and the use of objective values. In the MOORA Reference Point Approach method, in addition to the Ratio Method, the maximization for each criterion is applied by determining the maximum points for the criterion and the minimum points for the minimization to the normalized value by determining the reference points. As result of the study, MOORA Ratio Analysis, A3 coded package milk, which is the first in the rankings, has higher calcium and protein values than the other package milks, and A6 coded package milk which is in the last place has the lowest value of protein. According to MOORA Reference Point Analysis, it was concluded that the highest amount of calcium in the first order of A3 coded package milk and in the last row of A7 coded milk package, it was found that fat ratio was highest and calcium value was the lowest
