In this study, MCDM (multi-criteria decision-making) methods and SCM (supply chain management) are discussed. Hamidiye Kaynak Suları A.Ş. one of İMM (İstanbul Metropolitian Municipality) Enterpires operates in food sector. It offers 0.20-0.33-0.50-1.50-5-10-19 Lt PET bottle water product, 110-125-180-200- 250 mL cup water ptoduct, 19 Lt carboy water product and initially it has 20 Lt water product. The largest share of the production belongs to PET water and thus the choice of supplier for the preform, which is a PET bottle raw material, is essential. In our study, MS Excel and SPSS 24 programs were integrated and supplier selection process was performed. Afterwards, the market data and the results of the implementation were compared and 93.32% data compatibility was observed. This shows a compatibility very close to the reality. The contribution of this study to the literature is the use of PCM methods together with some computer programs and a consistent study by comparing the application's results with the reel market data
