Abstract

This study deal with the scientific aspect of the well-known ibn Zerkun who is famous in fiqh and hadith, who lived in the from time of Hz. Osman (27/648), the Muslims of the Muslims of Tarik b. Ziyad and Musa b. Nusayr (95/714) gathered their Islamic identity as Emissary governors after the conquest. In 140-758 the state of Andalusion Emirate was transformed in to a small city state after about three centuries and continued until the mid –XV century in the form of structures known as Tevaifu`l-muluk. In the process of approaching the eight-thirteenth century, Muslims performed successful scientific activities in various fields, especially in the commentary, hadith, fiqh in the Endus. Sixteenth century, the millenium twelfth century, which he thought best benefited from the accumulation of knowledge, after mentioning the lives, folk, works and students of Zerkun in the study, references to the chains of narratives that reached him were referred to the values they bear in the geographical region of Andalusia, in this way, a narrative of ibn Halfun, the reguest of Zerkun, has been analyzed by a rhetoric (screened in hadith works) that his work (random simultaneous). The narrative was analyzed in the form of parallel simultaneous with the ravins of Zerkun, solved in termes of plagioraism, in other Works. It was concluded that the sixth period of the sixth century was the most impartant correspondent in terms of the claims that Ibn Zerkun had in the wake of study.
