THE CAUSES OF KONKORKADO OF LOGISTICS COMPANIES

Abstract

The logistic firms that lost their power to pay due to the last economic crisis, declare their debts by applying to the Executive Inspector Court with the concordat. In this study, we aimed to investigate the organizational reasons underlying the conciliation of the logistic companies and how the companies pay their debt, and the reasons for the concordat. The aim of this study is to determine the difficulties encountered in the application of the concordat system established by restructuring of debts and receivables and the source of concordat process and economic results. The main objective of this research is to reveal the reasons for declaring the company concordat concordat proclaimed in Turkey. In this study, it has been tried to present a realistic point of view on concordat practices and offer recommendations to the companies established and planned to be established. The study population are companies established in Turkey. The subject of this research is the reasons for the concordat of the companies that have declared concordat in the last five years. In the study, criterion based sampling technique which is one of the purposive sampling methods was used to determine the working group. Participants in the study group of the study were employees of companies that declared concordat. In this research, semi-structured interview technique was used.
