Abstract

If the outlines of the policies of the six states called the European big states against the Ottoman Empire are sought. Russia wanted to spread it to Istanbul, to the Straits and to the Iskenderun Yumurtalik area if possible. For this reason, he always tried to keep the empire weak and took many measures to prevent railroads to the eastern provinces. England is afraid of the purpose of this aim of Russia, although the issue of the issue of Khilafis always trying to crush our spiritual population, our forces are afraid and in Iraq, Arabia, which can not come to the end of intrigue. France is equally frightened by the accrual of Russia's aims, eyes in the event of improvisation, and a vast area of exploitation for the Empire's capital. Italy; Austria and Thessaloniki to observe the region of Trablusgarp'ı and the Austrian caster Selanik thinking about the stroke, or our weakness of the use of the Slavs, fearing the use of too much support for the situation. Germany uses the Ottoman Empire as an area of exploitation for its capital and as a trump in the general policy of the British, French and Russians. Before the First World War, the great European states, which thought that the Ottoman Empire had completed its life, were trying to break down and share the Ottoman lands politically and economically without giving rise to armed conflict. After these long-lasting efforts, in 1914, when the First World War started, they reached a general agreement between the states but they could not agree on the Eastern Thrace with the Straits. The Ottoman Empire had to enter the First World War in order to preserve its existence. Nevertheless, neither this power nor the total power of Germany, Austria and Bulgaria, which had fought with him, was not sufficient to win a war. At the end of these four war years, they were defeated. The States of Reconciliation began to make their accounts in the months following the day when more weapons were exploding to pay the wages of the war to the Ottoman Empire. The fact that the imperial lands were large enough to make a share of every major state facilitated accountability. The whole problem was to put them on paper and sign it and finish the war with a certain victory. While the commanders tried to win this victory, the diplomats, in parallel with the development of military movements, the following four hidden - Piccot Treaty (1916), 4 - Anatolian and Arab countries sharing (1916 spring), 5- St. Treaty of Jean de Maurienne (1917). He problems that the major European states had called the, Oriental Question büyük were solved in an apparently radical manner. England would have a large portion of the Ottoman Empire's territory outside Anatolia. Russia would settle in Istanbul, supervise the Straits, and have a large part of the Black Sea coast and Eastern Anatolia. France, Syria, the South East and Central Anatolia. Italy was to settle in Antalya and Izmir. Whereby Turkey would be deleted from the map. How the Turks turned their secret sharing treaties into a living cotton will be seen in the years following World War I. Among these activities of the occupying states, we need to consider the following. The people in the province of England, who were confined by a military occupation in Cilicia, had come into power because of the fact that the French were actually involved and behaved as if they were going to be settled there, and because many of them were the executors of the massacres, the people were uprised, and in Maraş, Antep, Urfa and Adana, the people had to establish national fronts against them
